IS THERE A FEE TO BECOME A MEMBER?

Our site is completely FREE to join! There are no annual dues, renewals, or hidden fees. Our compensation comes from commissions that we receive from our selected partners. In order to redeem our discount codes and enjoy all the benefits that our site offers, simply set up a free account by clicking here. Enter the required information, and once submitted and approved, you will receive your online membership credentials.

Upon logging in to our website as a confirmed member, the “Redeem Listing” tabs on our listing pages will automatically unlock, allowing you to enjoy and receive your requested membership benefits.

CAN WE HIRE YOUR TEAM FOR OUR SPECIFIC CONCIERGE NEEDS?

Yes! If you are requiring exclusive, dedicated concierge services such as onsite logistics, event assistance, or the coordination of unique tasks and activities, our team is available to personally assist you. These services require a minimum, non refundable deposit of $250.00. Since each project is unique and tailored to your specific needs, an hourly or fixed rate will be quoted and agreed upon.

Our dedicated concierge services do not require mandatory tips, however they are appreciated and do let our team know that you are pleased with your experience and our services. Tips can be presented in person at the conclusion of services.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

The areas that we primarily serve are Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Sedona, Phoenix and the surrounding areas. We are consistently growing and have plans to expand into other parts of Arizona. Be sure to check with us, and watch out for new announcements and listings.

HOW DO I REDEEM SELECTED OFFERINGS ON LISTING PAGES?

Once you become a member of our site the “Redeem Listing” tab on each listing page will automatically unlock, allowing you to enjoy your selected benefits. Fill out the listing redemption form and submit. Upon your submission, you will receive an email with a redemption code and any other instructions. The supplier as well as our team will also receive your request.

You can either print out your confirmation, or use any mobile device to present the supplier with your request. If there are questions or issues, you may contact our team via phone during our regular business hours, or send an email at anytime by clicking on our Contact page. If you have to cancel or change your plans, we request that you contact us so that the supplier can be notified and plan accordingly.
